Challenge

Reaching decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry is a complex task: highly specific target groups, long decision cycles, and an elevated information level. Siemens Industry Software faced exactly this challenge and needed a strategy to effectively convert visibility into leads.

Solution

We implemented a three-stage LinkedIn campaign to build reach, spark interest, and guide prospects step by step toward conversion. Using awareness ads, relevant industry content, and lead forms, we engaged target contacts across the customer journey and converted them into qualified leads.

Methodology

The campaign was built on an account-based marketing (ABM) approach, with Siemens providing selected accounts from the pharma manufacturing, engineering, OEM, and MedTech sectors. These accounts were segmented into four target groups to enable precise messaging tailored to roles and topics. Execution followed a structured three-phase model: create visibility, deepen interest, generate leads.

Thanks to a clear ABM strategy and the structured three-phase campaign, Siemens was able to successfully reach and activate its demanding target group in the pharmaceutical industry.
