Challenge

mobile.de aimed to generate fresh momentum within its existing dealer network. The goal was to proactively introduce new package options, initiate upgrades, and strengthen customer relationships to drive revenue and long-term loyalty.

Solution

Our sales team focused on the strategic development of long-term customer accounts. Through one-on-one conversations, dealers were advised on new package options and individual upselling opportunities were identified. The aim was to increase contract closures at higher package levels and actively strengthen existing relationships.

Methodology

Our sales teams systematically analyzed package status, usage behavior, and CRM data to identify targeted upgrade opportunities. Based on this, we developed tailored sales approaches and prioritized dealers according to potential. A large proportion of dealers opted for higher-value Gold or Platinum packages.
As a result, the targeted goal was clearly exceeded – a strong signal for customer loyalty.

A significant share of the upsells resulted in long-term contracts.
This not only ensures predictable revenue, but also reflects strong dealer loyalty and high satisfaction with the offering.
