On behalf of Telekom, ALEX & GROSS successfully carried out the scheduling of technical and tariff consultations for the changeover from ISDN to VoIP in the business customer sector.

The project involved 2-3 FTEs contacting a total of 2,510 customers. As a result, ALEX&GROSS generated 1,143 A-leads from this data with an impressive A-lead rate of 61.3% on productive data and 45.5% on total data.
