Tele Account Management

On behalf of Telefónica, A&G supports the penetration of existing customers in the SME segment in Germany.

A&G deployed a dedicated team of Tele Account Managers to work in tandem with Field Sales, arrange appointments with existing customers for them and relieve Field Sales as much as possible so that they can cover their region even more efficiently and generate significantly more revenue.

The aim of the collaboration was to increase existing customer sales and reduce the churn rate.

The results were outstanding: the team achieved an appointment rate of 30%, existing customer sales were increased by 35% and the churn rate was reduced by 21%.
