We are ALEX & GROSS, a company characterised by innovation, customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking. With over 400 employees, we offer a wide range of services in the areas of consulting, digital, inside sales and technology at our six locations in Mannheim, Berlin, London, Barcelona, Sofia and Cairo.
Our story
ALEX & GROSS GmbH was founded in 1998 by entrepreneurs Jochen Gross (left) and Andreas Alex (right). They met during their studies in 1996 and decided to capitalise on their shared passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
The partnership between Jochen and Andreas has been characterised by their perfect complementarity from the very beginning. Jochen is a visionary innovator with a strong affinity for IT and technology, while Andreas excels in relationship management and solution sales. For over 25 years, they have formed a well-rehearsed team that understands each other and complements each other perfectly.
Our values
