What your future business day could look like
Create actionable insights:
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business trends
- Conduct cross-channel analysis and customer journey mapping
- Define tagging requirements and work closely with implementation teams
Drive measurement & optimization:
- Develop measurement plans and ensure data quality
- Identify and manage A/B testing and personalization opportunities
- Monitor test results and recommend improvements to boost campaign performance
Enable personalization & testing:
- Coordinate A/B tests and targeted experiences
- Align with business stakeholders on test goals and audiences
Continuous improvement:
- Stay up to date on digital analytics best practices and MarTech trends
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization
Your Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in digital/web analytics, ecommerce, or data-driven marketing
- Analytics & Optimization: Experience in developing measurement plans, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs and business trends
- Digital Marketing Data: Familiarity with ecommerce analytics, digital performance metrics, and customer journey mapping is a plus
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in enterprise analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar)
- Experience with tag management systems, personalization tools, and customer data platforms
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accurate, reliable, and high-quality data
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Ability to present complex findings clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1)
