What your future business day could like
- You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers, handling their inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- With a solution-oriented mindset, You’ll support customers on technical and product-related questions
- Every interaction matters – You’ll ensure all details are accurately documented and customer data in the CRM stays current
- Working hand in hand with sales, product, and technical teams, You’ll help create a smooth and positive customer experience
- By staying on top of the latest product updates, You’ll make sure customers always receive the best possible support
Your profile
- Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
- Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
- Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
- Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)
