As our ABM Content Strategist, You sit at the intersection of strategic narrative development, executive storytelling, and enterprise engagement. Your mission: translate complex transformation themes into compelling, executive-ready messaging frameworks and ABM content that resonates with multi-stakeholder audiences in enterprise accounts.
- Develop account-specific POVs and transformation narratives for ABM programs.
- Build executive-level messaging frameworks aligned to strategic priorities and ensure narrative consistency across initiatives.
- Translate product marketing messaging into account-relevant storylines and value narratives for modernization programs.
- Create executive assets such as briefing documents, talking points, vision deck storylines, value frameworks, and C-level materials.
- Support messaging for executive events, briefings, and high-touch engagements (incl. video scripts and high-impact storylines).
- Enable scaled ABM by adapting modular narrative “spines”, applying light personalization, and safeguarding messaging integrity within templates/toolkits.
- Collaborate with (and steer) agencies: brief on narrative intent, review deliverables for strategic alignment, and act as QA gatekeeper for messaging coherence and storytelling quality.
- 8+ years in strategic communications, content strategy, or narrative development.
- Willingness to continuously build knowledge of the Solution Area, products, value propositions, and target audiences.
- Deep understanding of reference types (wins, sales reference, stories) and their prioritization and activation across channels.
- Strong leadership and executive presence, with the ability to manage diverging stakeholder requests.
- Confidence in engaging with customers to uncover and interpret business challenges for compelling reference content.
- Proven ability to work in a global, virtual team with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
