The Customer Reference Team engages SAP customers to share their experiences and inspire others. As SAP shifts to the cloud, the team adapts its approach to scale customer references across the entire lifecycle.

What your future business day could look like
The HCM Regional Solution Lead owns the EMEA reference strategy and serves as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders. They develop targeted customer content, support reference recruitment based on regional priorities, and ensure impactful customer engagement at key events.

- Develop compelling HCM customer content aligned with growth priorities and core themes.
- Own the amplification and activation of content across global and regional channels (IDPs, SAP sites, social, events, comms, and executive amplification).
- Drive engaging experiences for HCM reference customers at core events.
- Build and maintain the regional HCM reference plan, covering sales references, customer stories, and industry segments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regional HCM stakeholders, providing visibility of the reference plan and activities.
- Collaborate with the global HCM solution lead to align on key priorities and requirements from global Success Factors teams.
Your Profile
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make insights-driven recommendations.
- Willingness to continuously build knowledge of the Solution Area, products, value propositions, and target audiences.
- Deep understanding of reference types (wins, sales reference, stories) and their prioritization and activation across channels.
- Strong leadership and executive presence, with the ability to manage diverging stakeholder requests.
- Confidence in engaging with customers to uncover and interpret business challenges for compelling reference content.
- Proven ability to work in a global, virtual team with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
